1 fennel, 70g of fresh goji berries, goji sprouts, 1 kiwi, 1 lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper
Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Cut the fennel first in half and then in half again. Peal the kiwi and cut it into cubes and add the fennel. Add the sprouts and fresh berries. Subsequently squeeze some lemon juice on top of the to avoid oxidation (it also act as seasoning). From the same lemon remove the zest, discarding the white part, and chop it. Adjust with salt, pepper and a little olive oil.
