600g of fresh sea bream fillet, 30g of onions, 3 drops of Tabasco, 100g of fresh goji berries, 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 lime, salt and pepper.
Cut the fresh fillet in strips and again into smaller pieces. Put it in a bowl with the onion, 3 drops of Tabasco sauce, extra virgin olive oil and fresh goji berries. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. Finally, serve the tartare on thin slices of lime. Enjoy!
